Role: Apprentice Nursery Nurse
Contract: Full time, (12 months for Level 2/18 months for Level 3)
Working Hours: Between 7:00am & 7:00pm
As an apprentice nursery nurse at Bright Beginnings, you’ll be in a role at the core of our team, pivotal to ensuring every child gets the highest quality care possible. You will take on a supportive role, under supervision by a Level 3, with responsibilities such as:
* Carry out planning and prioritising of all activities and progress in the room in order to create and develop a stimulating environment.
* Deliver a high level of quality childcare whilst maintaining a professional and positive outcome for both children and staff.
* Contribute and be involved in the day-to-day running of the room.
* Be assigned as key person for a designated number of children to ensure that all their basic and developmental needs are met.
* Be responsible for ensuring that their key children are safe and secure.
* Build effective relationships with the parents of their key children.
As an apprentice, there are no specific qualification requirements; however, it is preferable if you have a grade C in GCSE Maths and English. We value each and every member, which is why we offer a series of competitive benefit packages including:
