Job Title: Lettings Specialist

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000

Key Responsibilities
* Negotiator:
* Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, showcasing properties and answering any queries.
* Provide clear and transparent information regarding tenancy agreements, rental terms, and property features.
* Support tenants through the application process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
* Touting:
* Actively seek new business opportunities by touting for potential landlords.
* Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, promoting the agency’s services and offerings.
* Assist with marketing campaigns and leaflet dropping
* Inspections / Inventories / Check-Out Inspections:
* Conduct property inspections, prepare detailed inventory reports, and manage the tenant check-in/check-out processes.
* Ensure properties meet compliance and safety standards before, during, and after tenancies.
* General Office Tenancy Administration:
* Handle landlord / tenant queries, progression of files, and compliance documentation.
* Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date in line with current regulations.
* Liaise with landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service and support.
* Register tenants and landlords on the portal, and keeping this up to date at all times.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience in inventories/inspections, lettings, property management, or a similar role in the lettings industry.
* Car Ownership: A valid driving license and your own vehicle are essential for this role.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using property software.
* Organised & Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and independently.
* Flexible: Willing to work 5 days a week, including every Saturday, with a day off in the week
