Main duties of the job o Responsible for managing patient access, booking service functions, and creating pathways and SOPS for patient referrals. o Planning and organisation of complex clinics which may also include last minute patient cancellations and changes in National Protocols. o Responsible for booking systems, including testing, problem solving and reporting issues to the national service desk. o Responsible for ensuring we adhere to National Protocols and make any changes at pace, adjusting capacity plans, booking plans and clinic slots, as necessary. o Work closely with vaccination services team and external stakeholders to continually improve the management of patient appointments and targets. o Keep up to date with the best practices associated with the management of patient access and booking systems.
