Roles and responsibilities
Preparation of the weekly management accounts for submission to head office senior management in line with required deadlines
Completing other required weekly reports - KPIs, sales and production dashboards
Variance analysis and reporting - production and labour
Assisting with preparation of the monthly management accounts
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Preparation and posting of journals - payroll, prepayments, accruals etc.
Working with head office credit control on the investigation and resolution of unpaid customer invoices and debit notes
Assisting with monthly stock reconciliations
Assisting with year-end stock take
Covering payroll and purchase ledger in staff holidays/absence
What we are looking for
CIMA part-qualified desirable
Or qualified by experience, with an aspiration to become CIMA qualified - study support available
High attention to detail
Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
Strong Excel skills - lookups, sumifs, pivot tables etc.
2 years' experience in a similar role
