Big C is looking for a dedicated People Coordinator to join our People Team. In this rewarding role, you'll report to the People Manager, be supported by our People Administrator, and play a key part in supporting our people operations (HR and volunteering). What you'll do: Coordinate effective processes for HR and volunteer operations. Be the first point of contact for employee and manager queries. Support recruitment, training, and policy administration Help create a positive and purposeful workplace culture. What we're looking for: Experienced people administrator, ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified Organised, detail-oriented, and great at building relationships Passionate about making a difference, championing Big C's values and contributing to our mission of supporting those affected by cancer Ready to take the next step in your career? The working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, generally 9am to 5pm. You will be based at our Head Office, Centrum, Norwich Research Park with travel across the county as required to attend events. The team are currently hybrid working with a blend of home and office working. The salary is £25,902.14 to £28,583.75 per annum, subject to skills and experience.
