Infrastructure & Onsite Services Infrastructure & Onsite Services (IOS) is globally responsible for all Volvo Group D&IT infrastructure services. As most of these services are delivered by an IT partner, the mission is focused on Service Management, new service development, architecture and innovation, outsourcing partnership management, as well as managing the remaining IT infrastructure delivery teams in Volvo. Business Infrastructure Services The mission of Business Infrastructure Services, part of Infrastructure & Onsite Services (IOS) is to Develop and Govern the Services within Digital Workplace and Network/Core area, while ensuring their delivery and usage. By that, we contribute to Volvo Group competitiveness by delivering standardized and fit for purpose infrastructure services, maintaining a balance between time to market, cost, and quality. Digital Workplace Services Digital Workplace Services is part of Business Infrastructure Services department in IOS and has the responsibility for below service areas: · Workplace services for the laptops, desktops, workstations, printers, and COTS applications used at Volvo Group · Support Services, like ServiceDesk and User Request Services · Collaboration tools like O365 and Video Conference services · Telephony services, personal and functional telephony, contact centers and attendant services · Threat Protection services Digital Workplace Services is now looking for a Service Leader - Telephony Contract and Supplier Management The mission is to ensure contract management of Telephony vendor contracts (e.g. Mobile telephony, IP telephony, Contact Center, end user telephony HW contracts) over all phases of the contract life cycle. This is happening in close collaboration with the procurement department responsible of the Telephony Segment within Volvo Group, with the business representatives for business needs, and with our IT infrastructure partner who is overall responsible for services and operations delivered by these vendors. The Supplier and Contract Manager participates in the process of selection of the suppliers of the services for the telephony area. The Supplier and Contract Manager monitors the actual services and contracts levels, controls that they are in line with targeted service levels and manages corrective actions with the telephony suppliers. Also, the Contract Manager oversees and participates in runtime process interactions with the suppliers. The Supplier and Contract Manager is commercially responsible for service delivered by the supplier, which includes both budgeting and follow-up. The Supplier and Contract Manager has the tactical responsibility for optimizing and improving those services over time. The Supplier and Contract Manager is the owner of the governance model & Chairperson of the tactical meetings. Key responsibilities · Participate in RFP (Request for proposals) for suppliers in the Telephony area (Mobile, IP telephony, Contact Center solutions, end user hardware in scope - e.g. fixed phones) and contribute with the technical and service requirements · Responsible for ensuring that value for money is obtained from all suppliers in the scope · Ensure that contracts with suppliers support the needs of the business, and that all suppliers meet their contractual commitments. · Participate in contract amendments required to fulfill new business needs or new implementations of the telephony services in business locations (e.g. adding new SIP trucks for new sites) · Good practice in negotiation and facilitation of decision making. Ability to convince and manage stakeholders (internal or external) in scope · Ability to assess service delivery by suppliers and identify performance gaps or need for improvement Required experience & competencies · Competence and proven experience in Supplier and Contract Management Area · Proven experience working with ITIL & SIAM context · Knowledge in the Telephony services and utilities, technical knowledge in the area would be an advantage · Ability to get things done and executed as planned · Ability to prepare, present and propose decisions at management level (Director, VP) · Excellent communication & presentation skills · Fluency in English for the international context · Ability to comprehend contractual written English · At ease in a multi-cultural environment · Interest in and ability to quickly comprehend the existing and new capabilities in the Telephony area Location: Sweden (Göteborg or Skövde), France (Lyon), US (Greensboro) Travel required: Occasional Application screening will start immediately, we look forward to receiving your application as soon as possible.
