Head of Operational and Digital Resilience Service
This is a great job for someone who has experience of leading and implementing Operational Resilience and is familiar with the Digital Operational Resilience Act regulations.
A bit about the job: As Head of Operational and Digital Resilience Service reporting to the Aviva Investors Chief Information Officer, you will lead the implementation of both Operational Resilience and Digital Operational Resilience Act for all in-scope Aviva Investors entities, ensuring regulation is met in line with deadlines. You will also oversee Aviva Investors' business resilience, leading on all resilience matters, responding to internal and external events to mitigate customer harm whilst driving a continuous improvement culture within the organisation. You will play a key role in working closely with senior leaders and accountable executives across both Aviva Investors and Aviva Group to influence, steer and implement both the business and operational resilience strategy by aligning and embedding operational and digital resilience across Aviva Investors and ensuring our resilience adapts to a transforming operating model with critical third parties at the heart of it. The role requires external engagement with Critical Third-Party suppliers, Supervisory Authorities, external financial and non-financial peers, and committees to represent Aviva Investors and extend influence on operational and digital resilience policy and related matters. As a leader within the Aviva Investors Technology function, you will be a focal point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
* Ability to translate operational and digital resilience strategies into implementation plans.
* Oversight and co-ordination of Business Continuity and Crisis Management planning frameworks.
* Business readiness/change management to ensure operational and digital resilience.
* Outstanding collaborator who excels at managing relationships and building strong connections. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate outstanding leadership skills.
