We are seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the sales team in all administrative and customer service aspects, including processing orders, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is essential to maintaining smooth and efficient sales operations while helping Technikraft achieve its sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities Order Processing & Management: Accurately input customer orders into the system, ensuring that all details are correct. Track order progress and proactively communicate with customers on order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues. Customer Service Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and efficient responses. Resolve customer issues related to products, pricing, and delivery, escalating to the Account Manager as needed. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Sales Support Activities: Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for customers. Monitor and follow up on outstanding quotations, ensuring timely responses. Provide general sales support as required to facilitate smooth operations and assist the sales team in achieving targets. Internal Communication & Coordination: Work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to customer requirements. Schedule and coordinate meetings between internal sales teams and external clients as required. House Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of designated "House" accounts, ensuring consistent communication and support. Build and maintain strong relationships with these accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to meet the unique needs of House accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions within the CRM for these accounts. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Monitor customer satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience. Work proactively to resolve issues that may affect customer satisfaction and report on CSAT metrics to help drive continuous improvement. Experience The ideal candidate for the Internal Sales Coordinator role at Technikraft would have experience in sales support or customer service, order management, and account management. Skills and Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
