They are looking for an experienced PA who is adept at managing complex schedules across time zones and has a passion for tech and innovation. You must be hungry for a fast-paced and ever-changing role, always happy to muck in and help out wherever needed. The role: Manage and coordinate the Founder’s diary and meetings, across multiple time zones Arrange international travel and logistics, including flights, hotels and itineraries Act as a key point of communication on the Founder’s behalf Build strong relationships with key contacts and clients Provide general administrative support and proactively manage daily tasks Assist with projects as needed, always staying one step ahead You must have: A minimum of 3 years experience (ideally 5) as a PA supporting a Founder or CEO Previous experience in a start-up or small, fast-growing company Strong experience managing diaries across time zones and arranging international travel Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships A quick learner who can grasp technology easily and proactively handle tasks Strong organisational skills, and a "think ahead" attitude This is a unique role at an exciting start-up at a pivotal stage in its growth.
