A growing business is looking for a Security Engineering Supervisor to join the team in St Albans. What you’ll do as Security Engineering Supervisor?
Lead and supervise a team of engineers
Monitor performance using KPIs to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and implement training plans to enhance technical and personal skills
Provide technical support to the engineering team and wider business
Provide onsite support for service-related issues
Resolve complex technical issues to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Proactively address customer disputes, communicate effectively, and ensure resolution
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance
Implement corrective actions for non-conformities
Provide regular performance reports to the management team
We’re looking for a Security Engineering Supervisor with:
Experience within a similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills
A proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing diverse engineering teams.
Strong technical knowledge in the security industry.
A proactive and problem-solving approach
