The Role
The role will see you providing a plethora of administrative and legal support to several Trademark Attorneys.

Key Responsibilities
1. Drafting new Trademark and Design applications.
2. Providing complex administrative support.
3. Preparing of cost estimates and monthly client invoices.
4. Supporting the Attorneys with office action responses.
5. Providing complex administrative support in a professional, reliable and timely manner.
About You
The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused and ready to make an impact. You will have:
1. Around 3-5 years' experience working within Trademarks.
2. Hold the CITMA qualification.
3. Excellent communication skills as you liaise with Attorneys, foreign agents and clients.
4. The ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
5. Knowledge of legal principles and research techniques.
6. Proficient with IT systems, such as Inprotech.
