We're recruiting ... Senior National Account Manager
A unique opportunity has arisen to join the Muller Yogurt & Desserts Commercial team as Senior National Account Manager responsible for Private Label.
Job Purpose:
As Senior National Account Manager, you will report into the Business Unit Head for Private Label and have full ownership and responsibility for the Muller Private Label P&L within one of our top strategic customers within this complex channel. You will apply your knowledge and skills across the full private label portfolio and lead the team to deliver against ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, lead, negotiate and implement a customer business plan that delivers annual commercial targets: Net Sales, Margin, Forecasting.
2. Leverage internal insights - Category and Marketing - to lead compelling propositions across PL Yogurts & Desserts.
3. Develop and build cross-functional relationships internally and externally to maximise Muller and Retailer growth.
4. Support the development and delivery of Private Label propositions and projects, to include innovation, renovation and EPD.
5. Seamless management of internal processes including forecasting and S&OP.
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Experience at NAM/SNAM level within FMCG, working with UK Grocers and Discounters, or FMCG experience in a buying role.
2. A proven track record of delivering fantastic results and growing business.
3. Able to demonstrate leadership and influencing cross-functionally.
4. Proven and creative negotiation skills, able to lead short-term and long-term contract discussions.
5. Ability to embed a high-performance culture through coaching and developing team members.
6. Inspires breakthrough thinking - sets ambitious targets and energises joint internal and external teams behind a common goal.
7. Private Label experience preferable.
