Project Manager – Construction St Asaph (Site-Based in Holyhead) £50,000 -£55,000 The client is a leading construction company in Wales and the Northwest, delivering award-winning projects since 1990. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Oversee construction projects from concept to completion. Develop project plans, schedules, and manage resources. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards. Manage risks, solve problems, and track project progress. Control budgets, contracts, and procurement. Lead teams and drive process improvements. What You Need 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in construction. Degree/HNC in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. Valid SMSTS & First Aid certifications. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Full UK driving licence.
