About the Role: As their Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue targets for their events. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Sales, you will spearhead efforts to grow new business revenue from the supply chain while also managing existing accounts to maximise stand and sponsorship revenue.
Key Objectives:
Exceed monthly sales targets, both as an individual and as part of the team.
Craft and execute innovative strategies to capture market share and drive growth.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and savvy online marketing.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with potential clients.
Develop and manage budgets for all business development activities.
