Job Title: HR Business Partner- Airports Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Working Location: Heathrow Airpor t ( LHR), Hybrid Job Summary The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for fostering strong relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders to align business strategies with organizational goals across all our airport locations. The HRBP works cross-functionally to provide insights, guidance, and strategic recommendations to drive innovation, enhance operational performance, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This role acts as a liaison between the business and various departments, ensuring that the company strategic objectives and key results are achieved efficiently. Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business goals. Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and internal data in all people related matters to provide actionable insights that shape business strategy. Act as a consultant, offering strategic recommendations to support growth, innovation, and process optimization. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on business priorities and initiatives Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution of business strategies. Represent the needs and perspectives of the business to functional teams. Performance Optimization: Monitor people and business performance metrics and provide strategic input to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness and engagement. Collaborate with functional teams to identify bottlenecks, solve complex business problems, and drive continuous improvement efforts. Support organizational change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new strategies and processes. Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Oversee the implementation of business initiatives, ensuring that all milestones are met and stakeholders are kept informed. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management. Financial and Operational Analysis: Analyze people performance and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Work with finance and recruitment teams to proactively identify resourcing needs in good time, and aligned to business requirements/seasonal trends s. Assist in budget planning and resource allocation to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Change Management: Drive the adoption of strategic initiatives across the organization by working with leaders to manage change effectively. Develop communication plans to ensure clarity around strategic goals and initiatives. Support talent management, organizational development and succession strategies in alignment with business needs. Employee Relations: Collaborate with the Shared Services Business Partner to develop and implement strategic employee relations initiatives’ Act as a point of escalation in relevant cases, as requested by the Shared Services Business Partner Qualifications Education: CIPD qualified Experience: 5 years of experience in a strategic business partner role or similar, with a proven track record of driving business performance and delivering strategic initiatives. Experience working with senior leadership teams, managing cross-functional projects, and providing data-driven business insights. Experience in Workday an advantage Skills: Strong understanding of business operations, financial principles, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Project management experience with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in business intelligence tools, financial analysis, and performance measurement.
