An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced front of house Property Manager to join our award-winning client at their Birmingham site. If you have a background in property management and leadership, this role is for you!
Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day management of the property team.
2. Handle maintenance enquiries, inspections, and lettings viewings.
3. Manage the team rota and ensure all performance-based KPIs are met.
4. Review and develop policies, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
5. Support end-of-tenant processes and conduct health & safety checks.
6. Approve invoices and assist with operational reports.
7. Build strong relationships with external partners and help promote the organisation.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in property management.
2. Proven leadership and team management experience.
3. Strong communication and multitasking skills.
4. Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Passion for customer service and a results-driven mindset.
