The Role
As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a critical role in leveraging CRM platforms to drive segmentation, create tailored workflows, and deliver targeted campaigns. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll manage content calendars, produce engaging materials, and analyse campaign performance to shape future strategy. Your expertise in CRM systems will be pivotal in expanding reach into new markets and supporting key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain content calendars for web and social media using tools like Hootsuite and CMS platforms.
* Leverage CRM platforms to plan and execute targeted e-marketing campaigns, including segmentation, workflow creation, and performance tracking.
* Monitor and report on campaign success using Google Analytics, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
* Create compelling visual and written content using tools like Canva and AI-driven applications.
* Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams on various marketing initiatives, such as exhibitions, PR, and new product launches.
* Support ad-hoc marketing projects to align with overall business goals.
About You
* 3+ years of marketing experience, particularly in CRM-driven campaigns and digital strategy.
* Strong expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor) with hands-on experience in segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign delivery.
* Proficiency with scheduling tools like Hootsuite and content creation tools like Canva.
* Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics for performance tracking.
* A proactive, creative thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
