[Mandarin-Speaking Role] Import Logistics Coordinator
Passionate about global trade and logistics? Join our client’s import team and play a key role in managing international shipments!
Location: Southeast England
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee international shipments across air, sea, and land, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries
Collaborate with global partners and overseas offices to build strong, long-term relationships
Manage end-to-end logistics documentation, including booking, customs clearance, and invoicing
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
️ Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any shipment issues swiftly
Maintain key client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service excellence
What We’re Looking For:
️ Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, ideally within import operations
️ Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Excel and logistics software for tracking and reporting efficiency
️ A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
