Job summary We are a friendly NHS General Practice in Bushey looking for a robust, enthusiastic Care Coordinator to work with us 20 hours per week across Monday-Friday. Previous experience in a Medical Environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided with on-going opportunities for growth and development. Applicants MUST be educated to NVQ3 level or equivalent as a minimum. We are looking for a candidate with impeccable English, who is friendly, articulate with excellent telephone manners and first class customer service skills. You will need to be well-presented, enthusiastic, a team player and highly motivated. We need someone who is flexible and proactive. Apart from working in a team, this person must be comfortable working unsupervised on some occasions. The ability to communicate effectively on all levels is imperative for this role.
