Job Description
* Supervise day-to-day operations of the administrative department in a retail environment.
* Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
* Organise and maintain office common areas.
* Manage internal and external communication, including mail and package delivery.
* Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings and event calendars.
* Handle queries from team members and clients.
* Implement measures to maintain workplace safety and manage emergencies effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager should have:
* Proficiency in office management software and systems.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
* Experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
