Role: Account Director (Channel Partners)
We’re supporting a high-performing connectivity provider specialising in LAN/WiFi/WAN managed services in the search for a new channel account director who will lead the charge in managing and growing relationships with major channel partners.
What You Need
* Understanding of LAN/WAN Managed Services - Strong grasp of how these services are designed, delivered, and managed. While technical expertise is not required, familiarity with industry terminology and jargon is essential.
* Successful track record managing channel partners for an ISP or MSP.
* High level of drive, with the ability to pursue new opportunities while maintaining existing business.
* Minimum 5 years consecutive UK address for security clearance.
Candidates without this experience cannot be considered at this time.
Responsibilities
* Account Leadership: Build trust and earn "trusted advisor" status with channel partners.
* Retention: Ensure renewals through consistent service delivery and proactive problem-solving.
* Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow accounts and drive revenue.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, supported by the full backing of the business.

The Package:
Base Salary: £60K–£80K
OTE: Double base salary
Car allowance: £4.2K

Location:
Home-Based Contract: Expect frequent travel to channel partners (Manchester area & London).
HQ Visits: 2 visits per month to the Midlands HQ.
