As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will help develop new business opportunities which will involve warm calling on a B2B basis. You will frequently use and update a CRM system and work closely in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
What kind of work will you be doing?
* Make contact by telephone with specifically targeted customers, a warm database.
* Prospecting and generating new sales leads for Critical Infrastructure opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to monitor the progression of leads and the targeting of specific accounts in line with the sales strategy.
* Update and maintain the CRM system, acquiring new contacts and adding to the system.
* Support the sales team with the booking and coordinating of meetings with customers.
* Arrange for the sending of appropriate introductory emails, invites and sales literature.
* Assist with the promotion of marketing campaigns and support with the follow up from events that Vertiv attends.
* Working hours – 20 hours per week.
* Flexibility in terms of the working schedule (9-13 is the standard).
* Flexibility regarding working hybrid & remote.
What Would Be the Perfect Qualifications?
• Must have excellent telephone manner, be confident and have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong ICT Knowledge – Outlook, Word, Excel, and using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
• Team working in a sales-oriented environment.
• Effective time management.
• Must be comfortable spending majority of the time outbound calling.
