We have an opportunity for a CAD Technician who is proficient in the use of Autodesk AutoCAD for structural and civil engineering works. The design of these aspects will utilise the latest in computer aided design technology.

Key Requirements
* An experienced Autodesk AutoCAD user with a Construction/Engineering/Architectural/CAD third level qualification
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in architectural/structural/civil environment on construction projects, with a proven track record of producing quality drawing work to tight deadlines.
* A basic understanding of Revit and/or Reinforced Concrete detailing would be hugely advantageous, but not essential.
* Can adhere to CAD Standards, Document Control, Codes of Practice, Design Standards and Health and Safety Regulations
* Works with the engineer as a member of a design team to ensure that designs are delivered in a timely and professional manner to our clients
* Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Production of general arrangement and reinforcement CAD work on Geotechnical, Civil and Structural projects
* Works with the engineer as a member of a design team to ensure that designs are delivered in a timely and professional manner to our clients
* Comply with relevant office standards and safety, legal, ethical and regulatory requirements
* Ability to make appropriate judgements and decisions and exercise initiative
* Assisting at the tender stage of projects
* Management of projects in compliance with Ayesa’s Integrated Management System (IMS)
