We’re currently looking for an experienced Associate Director/ entry level Research Director with exceptional strategy and customer management skills.
What you'll be doing:
- Adapting to Streetbees unique research approach to design solutions, contributing to proposal creation and overseeing questionnaire design.
- Being the key point of contact for customers, clearly communicating updates and proactively managing expectations.
- Building sampling frameworks with weighting; checking & analysing complex dataset; advanced analytics (including Segmentation); working within a digital dashboard delivered via Streetbees proprietary AI capabilities
- Translating research brief into compelling executive summary and concise, story-led presentation with actionable recommendations to share with clients.
- Leading debrief sessions, either F2F or via video conference, and presenting findings and recommendations to customers confidently.
What we're looking for:
- You will have worked for 5+ years for a leading Market Research, Consumer Insights or Consulting agency.
- Experienced in B2C research, with a focus on FMCG, Healthcare and / or Tech verticals, although other relevant industry experience will be considered.
- Passion for consumer insight – You have an interest in new technologies and AI and in the power of consumer data and insights to drive business growth.
- Extensive knowledge of different methodologies and MR best practices, incorporating these throughout the workflow.
- Experience in leading customer engagements and being the key POC from start to finish.
- Strong client management and presentation skills - you must be able to build customer relationships and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Start-up attitude –you’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality work to given timelines.
- Problem solver – you are a natural problem solver and able to challenge client briefs and deliver great results.
- Collaborative - ability to work and communicate seamlessly with colleagues, peers and external stakeholders.
- Cognitive intelligence – you can think on your feet, seeing all the angles to best position our platform to fit a client’s project needs.
- Agile and Multi-tasker - you are not phased by juggling multiple projects at a time, being able to switch between projects without disruption
