This School is a small happy school at the heart of the village and everything they do is in the best interests of the children. They want to provide the best quality education for children working together with parents and carers to prepare them for their future. They want them to flourish in all aspects of their lives within a safe environment of mutual support and trust.
They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to run their after-school club who is able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children. The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing and will be invested in delivering a high quality and enjoyable club to children of the School.
About the Role
• Working with and supervising volunteer/casual helpers
• Ensure children are safe and happy in the club
• Ensure there are adequate activities to engage the children
• Supervision and care of children and safe delivery to parents for pick up
• Providing a snack and drink and ensuring the area is left clean and tidy
About You
Attributes of After School Club Leader that they are looking for:
Are you easily approachable and can communicate and engage with people?
Do you want to inspire the next generation? They need someone to provide fun, and engaging care for our children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
Are you organised and enthusiastic? You would plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm. This includes a wide range from multi sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
Are you proactive, responsible, and able to follow procedures?
Do you have bundles of energy, excitement, enthusiasm, and want to make a difference every day, while getting paid? They want someone who is warm, honest and genuine and wants to create new experiences for children.

Minimum Experience: 2+ years working in a similar role
Any specific required training for the role: Experience in a similar position would be desirable.
Days : Term time only. Monday - Friday 3pm-6pm

Pay: Salary is £13.65 gross an hour pro-rated
