The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our landscaping and civil engineering projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams. Key Responsibilities Project Planning: Assist in the development of detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Software Utilization: Utilize planning software such as Asta Powerproject and/or Bluebeam to create, update, and monitor project programs. Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential delays, and propose solutions to maintain schedules. Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to gather information and ensure alignment with project goals. Reporting: Prepare reports, including progress updates, for internal and external stakeholders. Risk Management: Assist in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation. Skills and Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry, ideally in landscaping or civil engineering. Software Skills: Proficiency in Asta Powerproject and/or Bluebeam is highly desirable. Education: A degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams. Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail. Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
