ROLE: Team Leader
LOCATION: Dudley & Stourbridge
SALARY: £26,191
I am currently working with a leading provider of housing, care and support. They have been a market leader in their field for the last 60 years and now, as part of their 2022 expansion, they are looking to expand their services in Stourbridge and Dudley.
They are seeking a Team Leader to join their team and oversee their Dudley services.
You will take the lead in care plans, staff rotas, safeguarding issues, referrals, and anything that is CQC related. You will assist the Registered Manager in the operational day-to-day management of the service by coordinating the provision of care and support.
You will be required to work shifts that consist of the following:
Shifts include: 08:00-16:00 / 09:00-17:00 (Monday to Friday). Weekends may be included for on-call purposes, on-call alternate one week every 3 weeks. Additional shift cover may be required: 07:00-14:00/14:00-21:00/21:00-07:00 (staff absence).
To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, be a driver, and be professional and accountable. You must also be able to communicate effectively with customers, their families, including health professionals, social workers, and across the group to meet the needs of the people we support.
