Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated assistant with previous administration, organisational, and experience to join the Bury Clinical Director. As a management assistant working within the Service, you will provide administrative support to the clinical director and other managers in the service. Your duties include responding to emails, answering phone calls, staff inquiries, minute taking, organising meetings, dealing with medical rotas, teaching, and training sessions.
The hours are negotiable at 21.25.
Main Duties of the Job
To provide admin support to the Clinical Director, providing accurate and efficient admin support to the Medical Manager and wider team.

* GCSE English / Maths or equivalent.
Experience

* Experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email.
* Admin Experience.

* Office Procedures and Systems.
