Responsibilities
Main duties:
You will be supporting the sales and account management teams by being the first point of contact for customers, retailers and distributors.
The role:
1. Support the sales team as required
2. Administration including completing new customer forms
3. Responding to emails, website and telephone enquiries providing outstanding service
4. Translating of documents as needed
5. Monitor and update selected websites
6. Building relationships with distributors and all administrative duties related to the distribution network
7. Develop and maintain the database
8. Occasionally attend tradeshows
Candidate's Profile
1. Sales Support / Customer Service experience recommended
2. Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
3. Ability to work independently while sticking to tight deadlines
4. Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible
5. IT Literate (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
£26,000 per annum plus bonus
