As part of their growth, they are looking to recruit a CFO who will work closely with the CEO to develop the business further over the coming year. The role will require you to use a strategic approach, whilst demonstration an entrepreneurial flair. The Role Deliver the Company’s growth and financial targets in line with our clients Strategic Plan Enforcing company values and goals Strengthening the financial health of the company Support and co-ordinate Group Strategy Key role in all aspects in strategic decision making Joint responsibility for the acquisition of new contracts including presentation of tenders to current and prospective customers Monitoring key financial metrics to identify areas for cost optimization. Analysing data to identify efficiencies in working practice. Managing Capital Expenditure Funding and Cashflow management optimisation Working alongside the Chairman, CEO and COO Evaluating potential investments in new sites, technology upgrades, or other assets investments. Managed debtors to 100% ontime. Responsible for increasing the businesses performance metrics Compliance to all Accounting Standards and sector Regulations Evaluating the financial impact of new technologies. Active role in the Planning & Co-ordination functions Management Accountant & Financial Controller as direct reportees, along side the wider finance team. About you You will be able to demonstrate how you have driven revenue in previous roles. Show the ability to generate efficiencies through process improvement and utilising resources and good practice. Have exceptionally sound and commercial strategic acumen. The Package The client are offering a basic salary of £80-£110k DOE, annual bonus and you will be invited to join their share scheme after 12 months
