GLL is looking for a dedicated Senior Marketing Executive based in Welwyn Garden City who is looking to develop their career further as part of a not-for-profit, charitable social enterprise. This Senior Marketing Executive acts as a marketing facilitator among GLL’s partnerships, collaborating to influence and drive connected brand awareness and partnership marketing activity based on audience insights and financial performance. The primary focus of the Senior Marketing Executive is to support GLL Partnership Managers in the strategic development of local marketing priorities and setting relevant metrics to measure and report success. This is a hands-on role, with the opportunity to work autonomously and as part of the wider team. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a fundamental role in planning and reviewing strategic marketing initiatives across a number of areas within the UK. Reporting to the National Marketing Programme Manager - Partnerships & Local Marketing, this role is essential in ensuring that all marketing plans and activities meet partnership marketing objectives in the most effective way. Our partnership marketing function is an integral part of the business, working in partnership with our local authorities, partners, and internal key stakeholders to plan, develop, and implement area-wide marketing activities to drive partner and business objectives. Client relationship management Ability to travel around the Central England and North London facilities What you’ll do: Oversee a portfolio of multiple partnerships, with a focus on fostering and growing client partners and stakeholder relationships and driving success through proactive communication. Contribute to the development and implementation of partnership marketing and communications activity in line with key brand, awareness, acquisition and retention marketing objectives. Project manage partnership marketing activity in strong collaboration with client partners, partnership teams, and other GLL marketing functions, including content, PR, and the partnerships marketing team. Support client partner stakeholders and GLL partnership teams in driving the local voice to influence the execution of communications and campaigns. Develop a communicative and collaborative working relationship with key stakeholders.
