We are looking to expand our Sales team and have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager. This role is focused on both managing existing accounts and, critically, winning new business and acquiring new logos. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in business development and new client acquisition within IT services, software, or another industry with large sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a territory and account plan to drive both account growth and new business acquisition.
* Proactively generate, develop, and close new opportunities, leveraging your network, marketing support, and our partner ecosystem.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, Heads of Data/Analytics, and Chief Data Officers.
* Drive strategic sales engagements independently, managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to successful closure and transition to delivery.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position Agile Solutions effectively in the market.
* Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating the ability to close high-value deals consistently.
* Collaborate with vendor partners such as AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake, and Informatica to develop and execute joint sales strategies.
* Travel as needed (up to 50%) to engage with clients and prospects.
Required Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a field sales role, selling consulting or IT services.
* Proven track record of winning new logos and closing high-value deals.
* Experience selling IT-focused solutions, including data management, analytics, cloud computing, or software solutions.
* Strong ability to identify and articulate client needs, aligning solutions to business objectives.
* Self-starter mentality with a hunter sales approach, coupled with account management skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
