Compliance and Operations Manager - home working with travel to London and Surrey
Ashdown have been engaged by a growing IT and Security Services provider to assist in their search for an Operations Manager. This is offered on a 90% remote based working pattern with monthly trips to their London and Surrey based offices.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Manager will be a pivotal position within the organisation. You will be responsible for dealing with external clients and internal stakeholders across the business, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
This is a wide reaching role, covering supporting the executive team, running the compliance (ISO) operational matters such as contracts and HR administration, payroll calculations, process development and improvement and monitoring, managing, and reporting on company NPS score.
In this role you will often have to wear multiple hats and juggle competing priorities, whilst remaining calm and delivery focussed. It is imperative that you have experience working in a SME, ideally one which has gone through a significant growth trajectory. You'll need indepth knowledge of ISO compliance and a high degree of technical literacy working across CRM's and HR Systems as well as a high level proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and JIRA
