The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for introducing clients and arranging show rounds at the property, selling all the facilities of the hotels and ensuring high levels of customer service. You will be responsible for proactive sales, ensuring RFP deadlines and submissions are met, networking events and live or virtual appointments as well as the delivery of new direct and pipeline business in line with hotels business needs and budgeted sales. The development and support of the Sales Team will play a big part in this role, leading by example to coach and mentor your team, develop exceptional talent and incentivise great performance, which in turn will create pride in the team to deliver on an exceptional guest experience. Main responsibilities are: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize the hotel's profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients & identify and develop new business opportunities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights and inform sales strategies. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Develop and manage budgets to ensure sales targets are met while maintaining cost efficiency. Provide regular reports and analysis of sales performance to senior management. To succeed as a Cluster Sales Manager you will need: A record of sales achievement with at least 2 years' experience in the service and hospitality industry is essential for this role alongside a track record of successfully achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. You will have strong strategic planning skills, ability to look ahead and strategies in place to support the plans. A degree of knowledge of all market segments i.e., corporate, conference and leisure are crucial. You should have a well-developed commercial acumen and ability to take calculated risks. It is essential that you can work well under pressure, with minimal supervision and maintain high standards and attention to detail. Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team and developing high-performing sales individuals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with prospects, clients and colleagues. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. A record of sales achievement with at least 2 years' experience in the service and hospitality industry is essential for this role. You will have strong strategic planning skills, ability to look ahead and strategies in place to support the plans. A degree of knowledge of all market segments i.e., corporate, conference and leisure are crucial.
