We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth running of our operational administration and contributing to the efficiency of our workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Support: Assist with workflow coordination, logistics, inventory management, and procurement tasks.
2. Administrative Support: Manage document control, generate reports, and handle data entry tasks.
3. Communication & Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for internal communication and coordinate meetings.
4. Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation and continuous improvement.
Skills & Attributes:
1. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
2. Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
3. A ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative and manage multiple tasks.
4. Excellent attention to detail and time management.

1. Hours: 39 hours (Mon to Fri)
2. Location: Onsite
