Join us in this role where you’ll work as WTG reliability engineer at our UK East Coast Hub which forms part of the Region Europe Generation Portfolio. Working in the UK East, you’ll develop and optimise the annual execution plan requirements across UK East hub to drive continuous improvement & increase reliability of generation assets. Reporting directly to the Head of WTG reliability, you will develop and optimise WTG related operation and maintenance strategies to ensure we deliver our mission of being an integrated and trusted owner/operator delivering safe, reliable, and compliant green generation.

You’ll be part of UK East Hub where you, together with your colleagues, will represent and be part of the Engineering Team for the UK East Asset Portfolio and will work closely and collaborate with engineers, cross-functional teams and subject matter experts as well as engaging with key stakeholders in site operations, Global Support & Functional Teams.
You’ll play an important role in:
* Driving, executing and maintaining an RCM framework in relation to WTG systems to optimise reliability and drive value through asset management strategies and improvements.
* Increasing reliability for multiple platform technologies across our WTG portfolio by identifying bad actors and providing solutions to increase reliability of assets.
* Safety Leadership - demonstrating a strong, positive HSE culture and ensuring focus on maintaining and improving standards related to how HSE is managed across the portfolio.
* Supporting engineering elements of business transformation towards enhanced operational efficiency, increasing reliability and revenue and best in class safety and compliance management.
* Facilitating and authoring business cases based upon improvement in performance on bad actors and critical systems UK East hub to drive continuous improvement & increased value.
* Supporting Risk management processes and assessment of the opportunity pipeline.
To succeed in the role, you:
* Have an engineering qualification HNC/NVQ minimum working towards degree.
* Will be proficient in supporting end to end engineering decisions required to maximise production availability of assets whilst maintain safety, integrity, and quality providing technical assurance to decision making.
* Have strong communication skills and the ability to establish, maintain, and develop effective relationships.
* Have the ability to maintain ISO standards the business holds and prepare and participate in audits to maintain certification.
* Ensure technical changes are managed to a high standard protecting the integrity and safety of the assets utilising and improving where require existing processes.
* Have strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams as well as the ability to influence key stakeholders such as JV partners and external bodies / authorities and OEMS.
