Please note that SYMCA follows a structured salary grading system for all roles, and the offered salary for each post will be at the starting point within the specified grade. Key Responsibilities
As Associate Systems Analyst you’ll provide first class technical expertise to develop, implement and maintain the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority’s web applications.
Reporting to the Senior Systems Developer, you’ll join our team of analysts and developers and work closely with all areas of the organisation to develop solutions that create exceptional digital customer experiences.
This is an exciting time to join the DTS Development Team as we begin the adoption of cutting-edge technologies including AI, Low-Code and No-Code platforms, Cloud Computing, and DevOps. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You’ll have previous experience of developing accessible websites and applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with an understanding of UX principles and will be passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.
You’ll have implemented web analytics tools to understand user behaviour and make data-driven decisions.
You’ll possess excellent problem-solving skills, an unrivalled enthusiasm for technology, enjoy working in a team, and can explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
We’d love to hear form candidate with the following experience:
* Commercial experience of developing with HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
* Commercial experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
* Knowledge of Microsoft.NET.
* Knowledge and understanding of databases.
* Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Azure or other cloud technologies.
* Knowledge of DevOps principles.
* Knowledge of SSL and web security
