Excellent customer service skills and a confident and professional telephone manner
Previous experience in order processing
CRM experience
Ability to manage a high volume of work
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responding to general enquiries
Order processing
Customer liaising via email and telephone
Produce system sales reports
Identify new leads from customer enquiries
General admin tasks
