We are looking for a Senior Quality Adviser to join our team based in our Aberdeen (AIBP) office.
What will you be doing?
* Facilitate and drive improvements, including audits, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), etc. tailored for delivering on our cost ambitions and strategy.
* Work with the responsible project managers to ensure the correct Quality mindset is embedded throughout the Life Cycle UK projects.
* Support the UK Quality organization (across segments) to align strategies and plans for the geographical area.
* Develop and execute Quality and audit plans and risk management processes throughout start-up, execution, and close-out of all tasks ensuring that personnel are aware of the Quality Plan and its desired outcome.
* Ensure the Quality Management System is embedded within our operations and activities.
* Promote awareness, understanding, and use of the Management System within all teams and departments in Life Cycle UK.
* Take a lead role in the development and maintenance of Quality procedures, ensuring that Quality is embedded in operational procedures.
* Identify and implement opportunities for continual improvement across all processes and procedures related to Quality.
* Ensure all Quality activities for Life Cycle UK teams and departments are planned, organized, and executed according to project, company, and legislative requirements.
* Conduct verification activities of Quality performance such as through reviews, audits, data analysis, and management reviews.
* Ensure all Quality elements in the Project Execution Model are completed to remain compliant with PEM.
* Be an active lead/participant in investigations of Quality Management failures, implementing corrective and preventive actions while recording the process in Synergi.
* Ensure Root Cause Analysis is conducted and prepare Lessons Learned on all NCRs raised across Life Cycle UK.
* Review and endorse vendor documents in respect of Quality Management.
* Assist in supplier selection processes including pre-qualification assessments; bid evaluation, quality appraisals.
* Liaise with projects/contracts to coordinate inspection requirements in line with Project/Contract requirements.
* Perform internal and external Quality related audits for all teams and departments in Life Cycle UK.
* Complete the Quality reporting, through Synergi, on a monthly basis.
* Lead on external audits related to Quality for the Life Cycle UK business.
We think you should have:
* Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF) or equivalent experience.
* Qualified Quality investigator (8D, 5 Why’s) desired.
* Qualified lead auditor (ISO 9001).
* Formal training in the ISO 9001, 45001 & ISO 14001 Standards.
* Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Working knowledge of SAP.
* Working knowledge of Synergi.
* Commercially aware.
* 8+ years working in a similar role.
* Demonstrable relevant experience of working in an HSSEQ Department, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry or closely related industry.
* Training in Quality Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis.
