Joining our Talent division as a Business Development Executive, you'll be identifying opportunities within a specific technology sector which will lead to you hiring IT professionals for your new customers.

Your outbound call experience will be invaluable as you build relationships with tech experts. You'll receive full training, so don't worry if your IT expertise only stretches to unlocking your phone!
Gaining and chasing sales leads, negotiating business terms, and meeting customers in-person and virtually will all be part of your remit as a Business Development Executive.

As a Business Development Executive, you'll take advantage of:
1. A basic salary of £25-35k depending on your sales experience
2. Bonus up to 30% per Contractor, and up to 40% per Permanent placement, paid monthly
3. Salary increases based on promotions
