We've spent the last 19 years creating innovative technology that helps our clients deliver exceptional service across their customer facing teams through our task management platform from handling basic customer service queries to fully AI driven automated workflows.
We operate across multiple sectors but with a particular focus on insurance, travel and retail. We're a tight-knit friendly team of around 50 people based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire (UK) now looking for a stand out expert in all commercial aspects of B2B enterprise engagement from sales, project delivery and account management, to work with us to drive future growth.
This role will report to the CEO and take on responsibility for the end to end client engagement process, linking commercially driven and data backed product development to marketing, sales and account management. You'll be directly responsible for the sales and account management functions working closely with the Product and Marketing leads.
Your main purpose is to create and implement a commercial sales strategy that drives revenue growth and customer retention against our business plan.A joined up data driven delivery plan bringing product development, marketing and sales together considering practical timelines, costs and resource implications
Owning the end-to-end sales process which includes the sales pipeline, funnel and customer journey
Working with the Head of Product to identify our USPs and build this into sales & marketing campaigns
Ensuring all customers have a robust account plan, so we can ensure we are providing value and meeting their needs.
Attending demos, pitching and closing sales
Proposal & Contract Management
Collaborating with the finance team to forecast revenue accurately and manage commercial risks.
Proven success and experience in a Commercial Director / Sales Director or similar commercial leadership role within an SME B2B enterprise business.
Strong commercial and financial management capability, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, resource optimisation, and KPI performance measurement
