Your key responsibilities will include:
* Effectively managing the park's cash flow.
* Supporting Head of Departments to ensure accurate and timely payment of seasonal staff.
* Ensuring safety and standards are maintained, creating a stress-free environment.
* Maintaining secure and GDPR-compliant data practices.
* BUILDING AND LEADING A HIGH-PERFORMING SEASONAL TEAM THROUGH ENGAGING RECRUITMENT EVENTS.
