Do you love teaching and have a passion for supporting students, but hate the constraints of the classroom? Then you should consider 1:1 tutoring!
There has been an increase of young people who are unable to attend and access school because of a variety of reasons, such as SEN needs, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, Learning Difficulties and Lower Learning Levels. Here at TP, we work with local authorities across the country to provide high-impact, 1:1 tuition for these young people!
You’ll have the opportunity to choose your own schedule; accepting as much or as little work as you like. With a lighter workload with less paperwork, tuition gives you that invaluable time back where you can spend time with your family or take up that hobby you’ve always wanted to try!

1. Have QTS or be a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or have SEN/ SEMH experience.
2. Be highly engaging and able to build effective working relationships with children.
3. Manage and implement a range of behaviour strategies.
Benefits of working with Teaching Personnel:
