About the Role As a Registered Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of our home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered. You'll be supported by a dedicated Deputy Manager and a team of committed professionals. ?? Key Responsibilities: Manage a warm and nurturing home where young people feel valued, safe, and supported. ?? Lead your team to provide outstanding care and positive outcomes for children and young people. ?? Achieve compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and maintain consistently high standards of care. ? Build, train, and inspire a compassionate and skilled team, fostering a culture of growth and achievement. ?? Collaborate with clinical and educational professionals, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and educators, to deliver an integrated care model. ?? What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: ? Experience: At least 2 years of managing an Ofsted-registered children's home rated 'Good' or above. ? Qualifications: QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children's Residential Services (or equivalent). ? Knowledge: Experience of multidisciplinary meetings and working within an integrated care model. ? Passion: A commitment to ensuring every young person has the opportunity to thrive and achieve their potential. ?? ?
