Location Manager - Rented Housing
Location: Reynolds Court, Ross-On-Wye
Hours: 24 hours per week
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum
About the role
The Location Manager’s job is incredibly varied, connecting with communities and managing property and tenancy matters while fostering relationships with residents.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing properties and supporting residents to live independent lives
* Letting properties, managing rent accounts, dealing with anti-social behaviour, and ensuring repairs are carried out
* Listening to residents and addressing issues before they escalate to complaints
* Taking ownership of complaints and ensuring residents are informed throughout the process
* Maintaining resident trust through effective communication and expectation management
* Managing the location’s budget and service charge accounts, ensuring high standards of maintenance and repairs
* Ensuring safety through health and safety checks and risk assessments
* Working with external agencies to support residents with diverse needs
* Encouraging resident participation in social events and community activities
