We have a new opportunity to be part of our Front of House team in the role of Front of House Assistant.
As our Front of House Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional experience as they first arrive onto our campus, creating memorable experiences for all, and supporting the HQ Guest Experience events team with collaborating to deliver outstanding service during events.
In this role you will be required to:
* Act as the primary contact for guests at the AMRTC, ensuring seamless check-ins, professional handling of requests, and resolution of any issues to maintain high AMF1 standards.
* Build strong rapport with a diverse range of guests, including VIPs, partners, and fans, by delivering personalised service and adapting communication to their needs.
* Manage front-of-house operations, including maintaining pristine areas, updating décor per brand guidelines, overseeing beverage services, and ensuring all printed materials are current and aligned with branding.
* Collaborate with the facilities team to uphold high standards in security, cleaning, and overall front-of-house coordination.
* Support the HQ Guest Experience team in event preparation and delivery, including communications, guest lists, gifting, and event execution during peak periods like the British Grand Prix.
* Coordinate guest transportation, arrange external support during high-demand periods, and manage the movement of front-of-house assets such as show cars and trophies.
* Handle administrative duties such as correspondence, filing, managing guest sign-ins, and assisting Executive Assistants as needed.
* Maintain and manage accurate stock of guest experience assets, replenishing and organising inventory as required.
* Answer and direct telephone calls professionally, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.
* Work flexibly and proactively, undertaking training as needed and supporting events or tours outside regular hours.
Key skills:
* Previous customer service experience within a similar environment and senior / C suite executives
* Previous experience in hospitality and events
* A friendly and welcoming approach
* High standards of dress and presentation
* Ability to remain calm in difficult situation, or in a very busy environment
* Ability to work effectively and productively unsupervised
* Excellent team working skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner
* To communicate effectively, positively and respectfully to internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
* To have a flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding and rapidly changing environment
