Requirements:
* Previous experience working with ALN pupils or vulnerable adults on a 1:1 or group basis
* Possess a good understanding of physical or sensory needs
* Provide support in a manner which facilitates the pupils' cognitive development, by removing barriers to learning
* Assisting with care and be well-versed to individual development plans
* Modelling positive behaviour and dealing with disruption according to school behaviour policy for ALN pupils
* Promote pupil inclusion throughout the school
* Promote independence
* Have a valid, enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to get one)
* Be registered (or willing to register) with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
