A financial mis-selling claims management company is recruiting an experienced Head of Case Management or Solicitor with experience in claims management. As the company continues to grow, the job will develop to manage a team of approximately four case handlers.
THE ROLE:
Overall, you will manage a diverse caseload, ensuring each case is processed efficiently and within regulatory guidelines. This includes:
1. Manage and process a high volume of cases from initiation to resolution.
2. Liaise with clients, third parties, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
3. Review case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
4. Provide regular updates to clients and other parties involved in the case.
5. Identify and escalate complex cases to senior management or specialized teams.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Proven experience in case management, claims handling, or a similar role.
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
