About The Role
We are looking for a confident, creative and highly organised Designer with a passion for innovative and compelling content to join the Creative Services team.
You will support the Creative Services Managers in developing and delivering impactful campaigns that drive engagement and growth for the University.
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.
About You
Our ideal candidate is a versatile designer with excellent communication skills and the ability to mix creative flair with commercial awareness. You will be responsible for answering client briefs by developing creative solutions from ideation through to execution, ensuring solutions adhere to brand guidelines.
We are looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm, creativity and innovation to the role. The successful candidate will need to thrive working in a fast-paced marketing department, ensuring high-quality, relevant and innovative creative output that fits all marketing touchpoints and resonates with our target audiences.

Our department consists of over 100 talented and hardworking people, focused on driving student recruitment, commercial marketing, market research and insight, corporate communications, brand and campaigns for the University of Warwick.
