Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Partnership Manager - Branded Content to connect brands with Viral Tribe’s creative team, delivering best-in-class branded podcasts. The successful candidate will have the ability to generate leads, build meaningful client relationships, and work closely with our internal teams to create innovative audio and video content that resonates with audiences and aligns with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development:
o Lead Generation: Identify and secure new clients and opportunities, focusing on brands eager to explore branded audio content.
o Client Acquisition: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, developing strategic partnerships that align with Viral Tribe’s brand and ethos.
2. Relationship Building:
o Client Relationships: Foster long-term, meaningful relationships with clients, serving as their trusted partner and advocate for creative branded content.
o Brand Promotion: Represent and promote Viral Tribe’s capabilities to brands, agencies, and other stakeholders.
3. Creative Support:
o Collateral Development: Assist in the creation of branded podcast collateral, including decks, client proposals, and promotional materials.
o Deck Building: Conduct research, gather statistics, and curate visuals to produce compelling presentations and responses to briefs.
4. Branded Content Strategy and Execution:
o Content Creation: Work collaboratively with the creative team to conceptualise, pitch, and produce branded podcasts and other tailored content opportunities for clients.
o Activation Delivery: Create, sell, and manage bespoke activations for clients, ensuring the highest standards of delivery across all projects.
5. Project Management:
o Execution Excellence: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
o Quality Control: Ensure all content meets both client and Viral Tribe’s standards for creativity and quality.
Qualifications and Experience
* 6-8 years of experience in media, advertising, or branded content, with proven expertise in audio content.
* A strong network of industry contacts, particularly in the branded content space, with a track record of leveraging these relationships to secure deals.
* Proactive self-starter with a start-up mentality, ready to take initiative and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Demonstrated experience in lead generation and client acquisition, including building relationships from the ground up.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of balancing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
* A creative thinker with a passion for ideating and delivering innovative content solutions.
Preferred:
* Experience and passion for music, digital audio, and podcasting.
* A history of delivering successful branded audio campaigns or activations.
